Services
Graelics provides web & mobile development, graphics & design, AI & Web3, and tech solutions for businesses in South Africa and worldwide. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing per project. Government filing fees, third-party software fees, and advertising spend are quoted separately unless explicitly included.
Payment
Project fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are set out in your proposal or statement of work. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services after reasonable notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation we will provide an export of your website content and customer data where applicable. You retain ownership of your business name, domain (if registered in your name), and customer relationships.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals, and required documentation for design assets, and integrations. Delays caused by incomplete information may extend timelines.
Limitation of liability
Graelics is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or outcomes dependent on market conditions, ad platform policies, or third-party services. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
